"Ghost" article on Georgian wine prices: who removed it and why?

Just an hour ago we have found the link to article in Georgian newspaper with an intriguing title: "The Price of Georgian Wine Set to Increase from the New Year" and an attractive teaser: The prices of red wine will be increased by 25 percent and white wine - by 5 percent from New Year onwards, according to Georgian winemaking companies.

Interested and want to learn more? So are we. But the article is gone. According to Google, it has been published just an hour ago, but clicking on the link leads you to an empty page, which says:  You are not authorized to view this resource. You need to login. After logging in you still reach nothing: You are not authorized to view this resource. See screenshot below.



The only explanation is the article was published and later taken away. Why was it removed? If you have a key or a guess, please comment below. Let's solve the mystery together!
